At Jubee’s LITTLE DIPPER “kid-size” ice cream counter, watch children’s imaginations soar as they load up their ice cream sundaes with a large selection of toppings.  A big favorite at Jubee’s LITTLE DIPPER is our “Birthday Wall of Honor” where the guest of honor places their handprint on the wall.
